The hotel’s Asian inspired design sets the cues for the condominium’s public areas as well as the selections for the residential kitchen’s & bathrooms. The project was a collaboration with Schapiro Associates who were the Design Architects and Architects of Record, Denniston who were the interior design consultants for the hotel, and Jaya Ibrahim Alayo's role was as coordinating architect, production, and contract co-administrator as well as in charge of the FF&E project management.
